A lot of people value their sleep, myself included, and it can be hard to get up and start your days off right!

Here are some awesome tips to get your booty up and seize the day!

 

1.     Set 5 alarms- I have trouble waking up to just one alarm.  Something about only having to press one button to get it to go away is too freaking easy.  SO SET 5!

 

2.     DRINK COFFEE- if you enjoy coffee, here is your time to shine, get that Keurig going to give you a little caffeine boost to wake up your mind.

3.     EXERCISE- can’t stress this one enough. Get your body moving!! It can be as simple as 10 minutes of cardio or as intense as HIIT or weightlifting.  I usually do 20 minutes of fasted cardio each morning to get an endorphin hi going and ride that sucker throughout the day.

4.     THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS- Cannot stress this enough.  If you have a positive mentality it will literally change your life for the better.  Ever heard the quote “whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right?” That is 100% true.  So wake up, turn on your “get hype” playlist and GET YOUR MIND FOCUSED FOR THE AWESOME DAY YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE!
