Been M.I.A for awhile, life is crazy, i’m so sorry, please forgive me.
To those that keep up with my workouts, there has probably been a noticeable shift to a new style. Lately, my whole goal is to stay as lean as possible while maintaining muscle mass. Through my research, I have determined that HIIT full body training is the go to move. It has been great for calorie burn, increased heart rate, and also feeling accomplished after destroying the body for 45 minutes or less.
