Been M.I.A for awhile, life is crazy, i’m so sorry, please forgive me.

To those that keep up with my workouts, there has probably been a noticeable shift to a new style. Lately, my whole goal is to stay as lean as possible while maintaining muscle mass. Through my research, I have determined that HIIT full body training is the go to move. It has been great for calorie burn, increased heart rate, and also feeling accomplished after destroying the body for 45 minutes or less.

Here are some quick benefits of full body training

  1. Lower time commitment

  2. Larger weekly testosterone boosts

  3. Increased muscular recovery rates

  4. leaves plenty of space for other training methods

  5. little equipment and space are neccesary

HERE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE FULL BODY WORKOUTS

Full body workouts

Workout 1
4 sets of 12- superset all pairs of moves

DB front squat
DB deadlift

DB single arm bent over high row
DB single arm incline bench press

DB Arnold press
DB lateral raise

DB single arm curl to press
DB bent over tricep extension

1 Min plank
30 Russian twists


Workout 2
4 sets of 20


DB squat to curl
Body weight burpees

DB lateral lunge
DB walking lunge

DB goblet squat (wide feet)
Bodyweight jump squats

DB flat bench press
DB bent over low row

DB push up to renegade row
Bodyweight v ups

5 sets of 15- all bodyweight
