45 MINUTE LEG DAY
HEY GUYS! Here’s a super quick leg workout you can knockout in less than an hour! Today was my first actual leg day since knee surgery so I stayed light and focused more on volume. Try it out and let me know what you think!
SUPERSET
· Dumbbell Goblet squat (Dumbbell right under chin) 4X12
· Bodyweight lunge 4X10
SUPERSET
· Dumbbell deadlift 4X12
· Super wide stance squat (heavy dumbbell, feet super wide toes out) 4X12
· Leg extension- pyramid set of 12 reps (4 sets where weight increases, 3 sets where weight decreases.)
· Leg press- 4X15 (switch foot placement each set)
SUPERSET
· Hip abductor- 100 reps
· Hip adductor- 100 reps
Both done in one giant set
