My Daily Nutrition!

HELLLOOOOOOOOOO FAM!

You guys ready to see what my day to day routine consists of??? I haven’t had anyone ask me about it so I’m just assuming everyone wants to know… because it’s pretty freaking Legend…. Wait for it… wait for it…. DARY! Sooo here’s the breakdown of how most of days go, from start to finish.  Prepare to have your minds blown.

5 A.M- 15 to 20 minutes fasted cardio using stair master.

When on stair master, I start with low speed and increase that speed every 2 minutes.  When I approach the last 2 minutes of cardio I start lowering the speed every 30 seconds as a form of cool down.  So think of it like a pyramid-structured cardio.  While on the stair master I sip on BCAA’s.  should be drenched in sweat upon completion, but feel amazing because of ENDORPHIN HIGH!!!! (way better than actual drugs… probably)

5:30 A.M- First meal- I take this meal in immediately after fasted cardio.

It consists of- 2 cups liquid egg whites, 1 scoop ghost protein powder, ½ cup of oats OR 1 bagel.

8 A.M- Kirkland Protein Bar- I like these because it has 21 G of protein and 22 G of

carbs.  I buy them at Costco! (AKA Meal prep heaven).

11 A.M- 6-8 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 serving complex carbohydrate(Usually

Uncle Bens Rice) 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter.

1 P.M- Pre workout Meal- ½ scoop whey protein powder, 1 Bagel, BCAA’s before

and during workout.

2:30 P.M- Post Workout meal- IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRAINING- 2 scoops whey

            protein, 1 rice crispy treat.

5 P.M- 8 oz grilled chicken breast, ½ serving complex carbohydrates, 1 cup green

 veggies, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil.

9 P.M- last meal of the day- 6 oz 93/7 Ground beef OR 1 cup cottage cheese.  The

reason that these two are best for bedtime meal is due to the fact that they are both Casein proteins.  Meaning they are slower burning in the body.  So that when we sleep we spend less time in a catabolic state.(Body uses muscles for energy)

That’s what a typical day for me looks like.  I average 259 G of carbs, 75 G of fat, and 334 G of protein.  Which is a total of 3,047 calories per day.  I will sometimes fluctuate my carbs depending on the day and what I am training.  I plan on releasing a blog discussing carbs and their importance soon. So stay tuned!  REMEMBER this meal plan is tailored to me and MY goals.  It will not work for everyone.  My current stats are about 6ft 1In, 210 LB’s.  I am trying to cut down to close to 200 which is where the carbohydrate and calorie fluctuation will come into play.  If you guys do try out this nutrition LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES!  So far I have loved it and feel amazing on a daily basis.
